About Jessica

Married to my college sweetheart, and momma to two little ones, I'm Jessica, a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, an interior designer, and a self-taught photographer.

I've always been fascinated with good pictures, but my adoration for capturing my own good photographs came to me shortly after having my second child. When I am happiest, or my children are happiest, I have an urge to snap a photo; to make something untouchable and permanent, so I can preserve that joy forever and look back on it to my heart’s content.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University. I used to think I'd be a set designer for movies and television shows. Instead, I'm raising a family in my hometown, I'm a part-time interior designer, a full time momma, and a girl who fell in love with a camera. This life is way better. And being able to share it with other people is the icing on the cake.
