INVESTMENT DETAILS & POLICIES
The session fee is paid at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but it is transferable to another date in the event you wish to re-schedule your session with at least 24 hours notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions. After submitting your session fee, your session date will be secured.
The session fee does not include any images or product. Such items must be purchased separately. Session fees include the photographer's time and talent to photograph up to 5 subjects of the same, immediate family ($15 per additional subject), pre-session planning, extensive post-session editing, gallery hosting, and order preparation and fulfillment.
Please note that there is a minimum $250 investment after all portrait sessions. This is to limit the number of sessions taken on a weekly basis, maintain flexibility for baby clients, and ensure the highest quality of product and service for every session booked. Sessions book approximately 1-2 months in advance, depending on the season, with Fall being the busiest.
Approximately 1-2 weeks after your session, a gallery consisting of at least 15-30 images will be posted in a private, online viewing form. Feel free to send your gallery link to any friends and relatives who may also want to order pictures. Your gallery will be viewable for 7 days, and any orders must be placed within that time frame. Once your order is received, an invoice will be emailed to you, and your order will be placed once full payment is received. Expect 1-3 weeks for order processing.
All rates are subject to change at any time. Booking your session by submitting your session fee guarantees current portrait rates. Rescheduled sessions are subject to the prices current at the time of rescheduling.
In the interest of fairness to all my clients, I am unable to offer special deals or discounts, except for those that may be run occasionally as promotions. For this reason, please understand that session fees, print prices, and business policies are not negotiable. Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.
